The Production Control Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining CER inventory and Kanbans. The Production Control Coordinator will be responsible for all inventory control and production work order maintenance and transactions. Essential Job Functions Organizes/maintains CER stockroom, Production Kanbans, and other locations under supervision of manager/supervisor. Performs materials transactions in ERP and records/updates inventory files according to procedures. Assists and advises manager/supervisor with logistics and disposition of non-conforming materials. Performs cycle-counts of materials locations, records results, and/or reports to manager/supervisor. Ensures that components, supplies, labels, subassemblies, and/or products are labeled correctly before being dispensed/distributed. Assists manager/supervisor in cross-training for materials and subassembly production functions. Ensures that CER is sufficiently supplied with required components and that Kanbans are filled and maintained on a consistent basis. Other duties as assigned.
