This position reports to: Production Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams. The work model for the role is: #onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solution in the busway plant in Selmer, TN. You will be mainly accountable for: Preparing technical documentation regarding systematic errors (COGI, cycle counts, shortages, etc.). Supporting production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff. Ensuring that updated process and technical documentation are provided to Supply Chain Management teams. Participating in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up. Assisting Master Scheduler in scheduling duties. Qualifications for the role High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 2+ years in manufacturing role required. SAP experience preferred. Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) required.
