Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Responsabilities: Collaborate in preparing yearly plans for specific specialties, with a focus on strategic specialties, including budget allocation, tracking, and event management. Develop relevant professional education events to address Surgery needs in CEE Region. Organize and fully execute Professional Education activities based on Marketing strategy and the overall CEE Prof Ed strategy. Manage selected CEE, national, and local training centers. Take responsibility for establishing new Centers of Excellence or acquiring new faculty when necessary. Foster relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare institutions, professional associations, and academic institutions to identify collaborative opportunities and support the implementation of professional education initiatives. Monitor Health Care trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to professional education in the medical field, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate with marketing and business managers to ensure event content aligns with key messaging and ideal faculty selection, facilitating the delivery of desired messaging. Evaluate the effectiveness of professional education programs through pre- and post-event assessments, participant surveys, and outcome measurements, utilizing insights to continuously improve program quality and relevance. Represent Surgery at industry conferences, symposiums, and other relevant events to network, share insights, and stay abreast of industry developments. Support the development and execution of digital learning platforms and virtual education
