The Professional, Education Systems partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate educational and commercial needs into scalable digital solutions. This role has direct impact on how DePuy Synthes delivers education, drives adoption of digital platforms, and supports commercial excellence through technology‑enabled learning and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technology organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as a product analyst for education‑focused technology platforms, supporting digital learning, content delivery, and education enablement solutions aligned to commercial strategy. Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements; translate user needs into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with Product Owners, IT delivery teams, and business stakeholders to support roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and release execution. Analyze platform performance, user engagement, and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization. Support testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure solutions meet business, quality, and compliance expectations. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial, Education, Compliance, Privacy, and Vendor partners to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose. Prepare clear documentation, dashboards, and communications to support decision‑making and stakeholder alignment. Lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and automation to modernize commercial platforms, enhancing customer engagement, pricing and revenue optimization, and data‑driven decision‑making while driving scalable and compliant commercial execution across sales, marketing, and customer operations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Experience and Skills Required: 2–4 years of relevant experience as a technology, business, or product analyst supporting digital platforms or enterprise applications.
