Here, you will make an impact by: Implementing innovative finished good part solutions for the transportation market Leads cross-functional team to identify best business & technical solutions to meet customer needs. Supports sales organization in opportunity pursuit and execution of awarded programs. Willingness to be on-call (interest question) Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum ) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. Five (5) years of program or project management experience in a private, public, government or military environment. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master's degree in the engineering disciplines Ten (10) years of program or project management in a private, public, government or military environment Two (2) years of Automotive Industry Experience Demonstrated capability in dealing with complexity and ambiguity. Experience with Enovia PLM Experience with CAD Skills include: Problem solving utilizing resources across departments. Influence, communication, collaboration, negotiation, resilience, and determination. Multi-tasking and handling large workloads under time constraints. Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international Relocation Assistance: Not authorized.
