## Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to own a portion of a growing portfolio of government reference architecture programs. In this role, you'll be the single point of ownership for the programs assigned to you, partnering with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to keep technical, cost, and schedule baselines aligned and commitments met. You'll bring both architectural fluency and execution discipline: blending the technical depth to hold your own in an open systems trade discussion with the rigor to drive milestone and risk burndown, and the credibility to represent your programs directly to the customer. This is a high-impact role for someone who is energized by breadth, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, and ready to take on additional scope as the portfolio grows.
