You will thrive on the challenge of balancing project controls, team, client, and project leadership by: Leading the development, implementation, and management of integrated project controls systems including planning, scheduling, progress measurement, forecasting, cost control, change management, and reporting Establishing project control strategies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and Wood governance standards Representing the project controls function in project reviews, risk workshops, management meetings, and client engagements, providing clear insight into project performance, opportunities, and risks Your dual focus on relationships and delivery will be essential.
