## Description

The Project Coordinator - Commissioning is responsible for managing commissioning documentation, digital commissioning platforms, reporting, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures accurate tracking of commissioning activities, maintains real-time progress updates, and supports the Project Management Team (PMT) by providing structured reporting, dashboard analytics, and quality assurance of commissioning records Job Description: Prepare and maintain all commissioning documentation and records. Manage and maintain the commissioning platform (e.g., Facility Grid), ensuring all assets are accurately logged, tagged, and structured as per project requirements. Track and update commissioning progress/program in real time, aligning platform data with actual site activities and milestones. Generate and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and performance metrics. Prepare and issue weekly reports and management reports, ensuring accurate, structured, and timely communication to stakeholders. Coordinate with the PMT (Project Management Team) for daily and weekly updates, ensuring consistency between site progress and reported data. Review all uploaded reports, checklists, and test records on the platform to ensure correct format, completeness, and compliance with standards. Monitor and manage issue logs (IRLs/punch point)
