This includes leading a small group of multi-discipline construction engineers and subcontractors where applicable to complete the full lifecycle of the project following the Project Management Framework. Accountable for: Delivery of a portfolio of minor EPC and maintenance repair order projects Management and coordination of local supply chain partners Project execution and governance compliance Defining project execution strategies Application of project change control practices and procedures Monitoring and control of portfolio performance Maintaining cost awareness by all project personnel throughout all phases of project execution Ownership of project reporting Leadership and management of their project portfolio Identifying and managing critical issues Proactive risk management and reporting Preparation of Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events Responsible for: Fully responsible for the management of a portfolio of projects based at a client’s locations Clients primary focal point for allocated projects from kick off to close out Responsible for the full Project lifecycle from Business Analysis through to project close out.
