The position can be based in Cincinnati, OH or Raritan, NJ & will work a Flex/Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week on-site . Purpose: The Project Lead – R&D Partnerships will be a leader in the execution of external partnerships as well as Inter-Company Collaboration projects between J&J MedTech and J&J Innovative Medicine. This position functions as part of the MedTech Surgery Innovation & Partnerships group and will be part of a high caliber, multi-functional team developing and driving innovative collaboration projects. This leader will be a key partner working cross-functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Design Quality, Global Strategic Marketing, Supply Chain, to name a few. You will be responsible for: Leading one (or more) focused, cross-functional JJMT teams to execute multiple parallel product development projects in partnership with Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) in accordance with criteria specified in performance agreements between JJMT and JJIM. The scope of the team’s responsibility encompasses market & business analysis, product design or acquisition, manufacturing process design, manufacturing pilot & product market launch. Meeting performance agreement requirements that include time to market, cost of goods, development costs, quality standard & market size forecast. Lead external and inter-company collaboration projects from assessment, intake, execution, launch and eventual transfer to life-cycle management.
