About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring agreed business outcomes are achieved within defined scope, budget, timescales, and quality standards. You will take full responsibility for the definition, planning, governance, execution, and successful completion of projects that may have significant business impact, high-profile stakeholder engagement, and complex dependencies. The role requires a proven ability to apply both traditional and Agile delivery approaches while maintaining robust project controls, governance, risk management, change management, and financial oversight. You will manage project teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective delivery while supporting Atos' commercial objectives and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Lead medium-sized, multi-disciplinary project teams across multiple locations and supplier organisations. Create an inclusive and collaborative environment that encourages team engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Coach and support team members to develop their skills and maximise performance. Review project delivery approaches and recommend improvements based on lessons learned, industry trends, and Atos best practices.
