Your role & work environmen t As Project Manager at Building Experience & Excellence (BEE Be), your challenge is to deliver scoped BEE projects on time, on budget and at quality — orchestrating complex change initiatives across functions and business lines. You will join BEE (Building Experience & Excellence) at ING Belgium — the department responsible for all real estate and facility services — as part of a team driving Strategy & Delivery, responsible for delivering meaningful and lasting change projects. Your key responsibilitie s Deliver scoped projects outcome on time, on budget and at the required quality. Own the project plan, schedule, budget envelope and risk log. Stakeholder alignment as well as project communication. Types of projects: Improvement projects: sustainability, organization and employee experience. Contracting projects (tendering) Occasional smaller Real Estate Fit-out projects. Use structured change-management methodologies to embed Lean / Agile practices in the teams.
