Wood is recruiting a Project Manager to join our Operations team in the Fredericton NB office focusing on industrial sector projects and a focal point for all Wood scopes in Atlantic Canada. Focusing on relationships, work initiation and delivery, commercial close out, managing Key Project Indicators (KPIs), and managing and controlling Wood resources to meet the various work requirements. #LI-Onsite The Role The Project Manager will ensure that all work complies with client contract and Wood’s health, safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures; the project specific SHE and Quality plans; and agreed interfacing requirements with customers and sub-contractors, as appropriate. This individual will play a critical role in demonstrating commitment to the Wood Management System, through participation in the audit and review process. They will also ensure that all vendors, contractors, movers, who provide services and any other visitors understand and comply with Wood’s “house rules” and safety guidelines. The Project Manager will support any emergency response procedures that align with customer’s procedures and Wood’s emergency response and crisis management procedures, and will foster an environment of openness, trust and honesty in support of Wood’s Core Values.
