Job Title: QA/QC Manager – Fit-Out (Data Center) Company: DAMAC Digital Location: Indonesia About the Role DAMAC Digital is seeking a QA/QC Manager – Fit-Out to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities for data center fit-out works in Indonesia. You will ensure that all construction activities, materials, workmanship, inspections and documentation comply with approved designs, project specifications, applicable standards, client requirements and established quality procedures. Job Title: QA/QC Manager – Fit-Out (Data Center) Company: DAMAC Digital Location: Indonesia About the Role DAMAC Digital is seeking a QA/QC Manager – Fit-Out to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities for data center fit-out works in Indonesia. You will ensure that all construction activities, materials, workmanship, inspections and documentation comply with approved designs, project specifications, applicable standards, client requirements and established quality procedures. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and QA/QC procedures for fit-out works. Lead and manage the QA/QC team, including site inspectors and document controllers. Review and approve material submittals, method statements and contractor quality documentation. Carry out and oversee inspections, testing and commissioning checks to verify workmanship against drawings and specifications. Raise, track and close non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions and snag lists. Conduct quality audits of contractors and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain complete quality records and handover documentation. Report quality performance and risks to project and senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction or a related field. Proven experience in QA/QC management on construction or fit-out projects; data center experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of international construction standards and quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001). Experience with MEP, electrical, mechanical and cooling systems in mission-critical environments. Strong leadership, communication and contractor management skills. Professional quality certifications are an advantage.
