About the Role: As a bilingual Proofreader (French and English), you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and precision of all client communications, conducting thorough linguistic quality control in both languages across diverse projects. This position requires a strong background in editing, the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting potential issues, ensuring that all content is error-free, on-brand, and effectively conveys the intended message. What You’ll Do Read and evaluate written text for grammatical and typographical error Compare layouts against original copy to identify errors or omissions Maintain brand-specific stylistics, and aiming for internal project consistency as well as consistency across all projects for a specific brand Own an assigned brand style guide, as well as investigating and researching stylistic questions as they arise Offer suggestions to owners of the content to ensure document structure and content are consistent, and to clarify intended meaning Communicate questions and corrections clearly to the intended stakeholder, and opening dialogue for further discussion when necessary Align the intention of the writers and the art direction in order to provide a final quality check before the project is completed Collaborate to ensure that
