Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role: 1 Review and analyse transport requests from the clients/project. 2 Input transport request requirements from the clients/project into TMS (Transport Management System). 3 Creation of shipments and milestones details and events into the TMS. 4 Complete internal invoicing and cost posting 5 Produce and dispatch external invoices and documents to customers 6 Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the Supervisor/Manager 7 Support the Regional Project Manager as and when required. 8 Receive, record, and validate customer order, taking into consideration our offer. 9 Participate in weekly and monthly meetings. 10 Review and check suppliers’ documentation against Project’s requirements. 11 Coordination with onshore team in the Project Site for the smooth arrival, clearance and handling of shipments. 12 Review and check reports. 13 Define the execution plan and identify any operational constraints. 14 Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility 15 Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency CEVA Logistics is proud to be an equal opportunity work place and an affirmative action employer.
