## Description

1. Procurement & Supplier Management Manage end‑to‑end procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and required services. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to secure cost‑effective and quality‑focused supply agreements. 2. Inventory & Material Planning Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and coordinate with production for timely replenishment. Conduct regular market research to track price trends, new materials, and alternative supplier options. Ensure materials purchased meet required specifications through coordination with quality and engineering teams. 3. Purchase Operations & Documentation Issue purchase orders, track order status, and follow up with suppliers on timelines. Resolve delivery discrepancies, delays, or quality‑related issues promptly. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation for audit readiness. 4. Compliance, Coordination & Process Excellence Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and best practices. Build strong internal relationships with production, engineering, and quality teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
