This covers the entire process from incoming materials, storage, handling, dilution, injection, and field application to delivery. Through quality data analysis, abnormal-condition closed-loop management, standard compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, the role ensures stable production, qualified product delivery, process optimization, and HSE compliance. Crude Oil & Water Quality Monitoring & Evaluation Perform routine and special quality inspections on crude oil and oilfield water (produced water, injection water, treated water, etc.). Track key quality parameters, assess product stability, compliance, and consistency with production requirements, delivery specifications, and applicable industry standards. Implement corporate quality management systems, laboratory standards, and crude oil specification requirements. Production Chemical Quality Inspection & Acceptance Perform quality inspection and verification for incoming production chemicals; review certificates, technical specifications, batch consistency, and packaging integrity.
