## Description

Service Quality department is a function that supports Vestas Service organization on quality worldwide. Analyze and support quality improvements to implementation together with Service stakeholders. Responsibilities - Act as the primary Quality focal point and trusted business partner for APAC Offshore Service, providing quality leadership, governance, and advisory support - Support Lost Production Factor (LPF), Liquidated Damages (LD) and Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) reduction initiatives through data-driven quality improvements. - Oversee the deployment of quality strategies, standards, and best practices across Service operations to ensure consistent delivery excellence. - Contribute to improved business performance through data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. - Support Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCA) and structured problem-solving methodologies to prevent recurrence of quality issues - Improve customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of quality concerns and enhancing service delivery performance. - Collaborate with Service, R&D, Supply Chain, and stakeholders to identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and improve turbine reliability. - Facilitate quality awareness, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support a culture of quality and operational excellence. Qualifications - Bachelor's or masters in engineering in any of the following disciplines or similar - Mechanical / Electrical / Manufacturing / Production / Industrial / Aerodynamics. - Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in quality governance, audits, continuous improvement, and customer issue management or a similar role. - Six Sigma green belt certified and Six Sigma Black Belt (bonus) - ISO 9001:2015 certified Auditor (bonus) Competencies - Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented with a clear sense of ownership. - Demonstrated capability to lead technical and quality projects across functions, regions, and cultures. - Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across the value chains. - Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical and quality problems using structured methodologies and quality tools. - Solid quality mindset with experience in risk assessment and preventive quality management using FMEA. - Solid communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal. - Solid knowledge of wind turbine manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and service processes Our commitment to a fair hiring.
