This position reports to: Engineering Manager - Integrated Motor Drives (IMD) __ The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the strategic technology direction by contributing your own ideas for identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative technology, software and solutions. Each day, you will assist the Research and Development (R&D) team by executing your assigned tasks and using technical knowledge in a structured way. You will be mainly accountable for: Performing a variety of software engineering tasks in one or more areas of the assigned areas such as software development, software quality engineering, software testing, DevOps, cybersecurity, software release, support and maintenance, and/or release management. Testing and troubleshooting the final system setup and ensuring its successful rollout through training and retraining the customers and providing subsequent ongoing support and services. Ensuring that all required resources are in place to implement software on-time and on-budget. Contributing to the software product roadmap and portfolio through suggesting new features, functionality, and variants. Qualifications for the role: Senior level progression in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with graduation planned by June 2027. Preferred Experience Includes: Demonstrated technical expertise with the ability to apply engineering principles and industry best practices to solve complex product and technology challenges. Experienced in Windows and Linux software development, with the ability and willingness to learn new languages and technologies as needed. Cross platform development for mobile and windows desktop applications. Experience with SDLC, Azure DevOps, programming languages including C++/C#, DART.
