ROLE SUMMARY The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers on the 3rd floor of T1, managing the reception area and ensuring the floor is organized during daily operations, events, and meetings. The role coordinates front-desk activities, delivers excellent customer service, handles emergencies efficiently, and supports smooth office operations. ROLE PROFILE Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment. Manage reception services, visitor registration, and call routing. Support administrative operations, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Monitor facility services, maintenance activities, and workplace standards. Report and resolve operational, maintenance, and service-related issues. Manage inventory, assets, purchase orders, and budget tracking. Supervise office support staff and ensure compliance with company policies. REQUIREMENTS Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
