Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is seeking a Recruiter to play a key role in attracting and hiring Amazon's apprentices operating in a high volume context. The ideal candidate brings Talent Acquisition expertise, a strong bias for data-driven decisions, and the ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced settings, earns trust at all levels of the organization, and consistently raises the bar for recruiting excellence.
