Meet the Team In your role, as Strategic Talent Advisor, you'll be part of APJC Sales/GTM Hiring function. You'll partner with hiring leaders across Enterprise, Commercial and other GTM segments to deliver high-quality talent, primarily across Account Executives, Account Managers, Regional Managers and selected Solutions Engineering roles. Act as a strategic talent advisor , bringing Sales, GTM and Tech Sales market expertise, talent intelligence and data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions. Own and implement sourcing and hiring strategies while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience. Beyond talent delivery, contribute to talent attraction initiatives, coach junior recruiters, drive team priorities and leverage AI/digital tools and AI agents to improve recruiting productivity and effectiveness. Your Impact A trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, influencing decisions through market intel and data. Build and implement sourcing and hiring strategies across Sales/GTM and Technical Sales roles. Deliver high-quality, timely and predictable hiring outcomes with strong execution and accountability. Contribute beyond individual delivery through team initiatives, knowledge sharing, coaching and talent attraction. Leverage and experiment with AI, digital tools and AI agents to automate routine work and improve productivity. Solve complex talent challenges through innovative sourcing approaches. About You: Curious, with exceptional Sales, GTM and Tech Sales acumen. Trusted and consultative, able to build credibility, challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholders. Data savvy, bringing insights and informed perspectives to hiring decisions. Collaborative and willing to share knowledge, coach others and contribute beyond individual delivery. AI-curious and digitally fluent, continuously experimenting with AI and new ways of working. Quality and outcome-focused, with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and accountability. Adaptable and solutions oriented, comfortable navigating with ambiguity and able to handle complex talent challenges. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of recruiting experience, with 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales, GTM and/or Technical Sales hiring. Strong understanding of AE, AM, RM and/or SE talent market landscapes. Shown experience leading end-to-end recruiting and developing sourcing strategies for complex roles. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills. Ability to use market intelligence and data to shape hiring decisions. Preferred Qualifications Experience hiring across Enterprise and Commercial Sales organizations. Strong Sales, GTM and Tech Sales acumen with knowledge of competitive talent markets. Experience coaching junior recruiters and contributing to team-wide talent initiatives. Strong digital fluency and AI adoption, including use of AI agents to improve day-to-day productivity.
