Contract Location: Apodaca - Lenovo Department: Talent Acquisition CEVA Freight Management Mexico is seeking a dedicated and organized Talent Acquisition Professional CL to join our Talent Management division. In this pivotal role, you will work as a Recruitment Coordinator, contributing to the efficient and effective acquisition of top talent essential for our company’s continued success. This role is ideally suited for individuals with a passion for recruitment and human resources, eager to play an integral part in shaping our workforce. You will be part of a dynamic Talent Acquisition team that supports CEVA’s mission to deliver excellent freight management solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating candidate communication. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support employer branding initiatives by promoting CEVA as an employer of choice within relevant talent markets. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates. Facilitate new hire onboarding processes in coordination with the HR team, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming employees. Utilise applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies efficiently to enhance hiring processes and reporting accuracy. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition, preferably within logistics, freight management, or related industries. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly advantageous for effective communication in our multinational environment.
