The Experience The Sales team is at the forefront of Salesforce’s AI transformation, helping companies radically scale their operations using e.g. autonomous agents. We’re seeking a proven, tactical, and strategic Sales Director to lead a team of Account Executives driving growth across our Mid Market accounts in Germany. As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team of quota-carrying Account Executives — setting strategy, coaching high-stakes deals, and driving revenue growth within Mid-Market, one of Salesforce’s most exciting segments. What You'll Actually Be Doing Support Account Executives by participating in and leading customer meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required Develop the sales team, including recruiting, hiring and training responsibilities Conduct weekly revenue forecast meetings for the respective territories Coach and professionally develop Account Executives on strategies to drive closure rates and identify opportunities Report on sales activity and revenue forecasts Consistently monitor and enhance the sales activities of the team Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory Coach Account Executives on articulating the ROI of autonomous digital workers and AI-driven solutions to customer stakeholders You're Our Person If... You have sales experience in Cloud, SaaS, AI automation, robotic process automation (RPA), business process automation (BPA), or other complex enterprise solutions You have a track record of leading sellers through complex deals, coaching on value-based and solution selling methodologies, and helping your team articulate the ROI of autonomous digital workers to C-suite audiences You have deep knowledge of how to win new accounts and expand installed-base account Fluent in both German and English At least a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred Based in Frankfurt or the surrounding area Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
