Partner with People and business leaders on headcount forecasts and translate them into workplace capacity and space-planning requirements. Identify potential capacity constraints and future space requirements ahead of business need, and support portfolio strategy, expansion, consolidation, and new-location business cases. Lead the sourcing, assessment, commercial negotiation, internal approvals, and implementation of serviced and flexible office solutions across the region. Maintain oversight of regional serviced-office agreements, renewal dates, capacity, supplier performance, and future needs.
