Surrounded by wonderful views of the local countryside, our home is close to shops, pubs and cafes. You’ll find good transport connections to London, Stevenage, Peterborough, and Cambridge. Your working Hours Covering Night Shifts, working one night a week on a rota basis (7pm - 7:30am). Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins. What you’ll do Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff Administer and manage medicines safely Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, you’ll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.
