## Description

Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for coordinating non-CST regulatory violations across the organization, ensuring proper registration, tracking, escalation, and timely closure in collaboration with relevant GRCs. The role also involves driving corrective and preventive actions, root cause analysis, and follow-up activities to support effective regulatory compliance and prevent recurrence. The role holder shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures. Job Responsibility Maintain log of all non-CST regulatory violations received from GRCs in central repository. Act as the primary interface with stc Units GRCs for receiving and coordinating all non-CST regulatory violations across stc. Register all non-CST regulatory violations received from stc Units GRCs and ensure proper initiation of handling activities. Track and update non-CST regulatory violations statuses, in coordination with stc Units GRCs. Monitor and follow up with relevant stc Units GRCs on all non-CST regulatory violations to ensure timely closure. Oversee the monitoring and escalation of non-CST regulatory violations at risk of delay to management. Drive non-CST regulatory violations corrective actions, root cause analyses and preventive actions, in coordination with stc Units GRCs. Ensure corrective actions related to non-CST regulatory violations are identified, implemented, and validated by stc Units GRCs. Ensure preventive actions are identified, implemented, and validated in coordination with stc Units GRCs to prevent recurrence of non-CST regulatory violations. Job Responsibility (cont.) Years of Experience 5 and above Years of Experience Nature of Experience Prior experience in Compliance role in a large organization. Experience in telecommunications industry or a similar consumer service oriented industry of a large scale is preferred Prior experience within the KSA in a Audit / Compliance function is preferred Job Band Sr.Professional Skills Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Additional Education Certifications
