Red D'Arc is hiring for a Rental Coordinator This position is based in Saint Hyacinthe, QC Key Responsibilities : Maintains a safe work environment by following Airgas/Red-D-Arc health and safety guidelines. Provides excellent customer service to all accounts. Follows up on business opportunities referred to the region via the web, associations, etc. Responds promptly to customer inquiries. Ensures that walk-in customers are served promptly, including for equipment returns. Processes credit card payments. Communicates daily with outside sales representatives regarding inquiries and/or orders received. Prepares quotes for external sales and emails them to customers as needed. Coordinates equipment needs to ensure efficient order fulfillment and cost control. Plans and manages customer orders in coordination with the coordinator and technicians. Communicates with the coordinator and technicians regarding equipment shipments and organizes the preparation of orders for shipment. Ensures that lease agreements and related documents are drafted in accordance with established guidelines. Arranges transportation and freight. Assists with purchasing from suppliers. Assists with inventory counts of parts and equipment. Performs other related tasks as needed. ________________________ Are you a MATCH? Requirements : Postsecondary education equivalent to a college diploma (DEC). More than three years of customer service experience in an industrial or rental setting (a plus). Practical knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications, and related equipment (a plus). Desired Skills : Leadership: Ability to guide and mentor employees. Ability to delegate and follow up effectively. Relationship Building: Ability to communicate effectively. Decision-Making: Ability to work independently while making decisions based on company policies and objectives.
