This role will ensure that executed contracts, order forms, purchase orders, CRM bookings, and ERP sales orders are complete, accurate, and consistent to prevent any compliance , billing and revenue recognition issues. Skydio sells a mix of hardware, software, and services to customers across the U.S. and internationally. Flag discrepancies, coordinate fixes with the right owners, and track them to resolution before billing or fulfillment is affected. Post-Booking Order Management Review post-close order changes, such as address, legal entity, amount, or PO updates, and make sure they’re reflected consistently in Salesforce and NetSuite with a clear record of what changed and why. Lead intake of contract amendment requests, pulling together the relevant order and billing data for internal review.
