## Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Risk Analyst Lead to join the Property Policy team in Property Risk, joining a team responsible for developing, updating, maintaining and implementing our property policy standards across both our residential and buy-to-let lending streams. This is a wide-ranging role, which involves providing assistance at the front end of mortgage application processes, responsible for engaging with both Solicitors and internal stakeholders and providing advice to existing customers who are looking to complete certain, complex onward transactions with the Society. The Property Policy team are a close knit, friendly group and this role provides an opportunity to join a team that keep both the society and our customers safe and secure, whilst delivering innovative, forward-thinking policy advice and decisioning on both external and internal platforms. What you’ll be doing This Risk Analyst Lead role is primarily focused upon producing, governing, evolving and explaining our property policy requirements and standards to both internal and external stakeholders, at times in pressured timescales. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable with decision making and happy to challenge when things don’t feel right, being at ease with challenging the status quo.
