Technology & Operations > Supply Chain > Performance Management The SIOP Performance Management team is responsible for driving operational excellence across the end-to-end planning and supply chain organization. Beyond performance reporting and KPI management, the team acts as a key connector between functions, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and leading cross-functional initiatives that improve business performance. Working across Planning, Logistics, Commercial, Procurement, and Service functions, the department focuses on creating transparency, fostering collaboration, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support Vestas' operational and commercial objectives. Responsibilities As an S&OE Planning Specialist, you will play a central role in driving Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes within the Service business Your primary focus will be ensuring alignment and execution of activities that support revenue enablement and customer commitments from a supply chain perspective Qualifications Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience within Supply Chain Management, Planning, Operations, or a related business function Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment processes and operational execution Experience working in complex, cross-functional organizations where alignment across multiple stakeholders is required Proven ability to drive initiatives from planning through execution and deliver tangible business results Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), Demand Planning, or Supply Planning is mandatory Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business priorities into actionable plans Competencies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across organizational boundaries Strong execution mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach Confident in challenging assumptions, driving accountability, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments Ability to maintain momentum and follow up persistently on actions while fostering positive collaboration Structured and organized, with a strong ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions and priorities Resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing business needs Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence What We Offer We offer a unique opportunity to influence the operational performance of a global Service business and play a key role in driving successful execution across the supply chain.
