Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Sales Operations & Administration team to support an increasing volume of complex client transactions and lead structural automation projects. You will manage end-to-end billing workflows, contract administration, and revenue reconciliation to secure cash flows and drive operational excellence alongside our Sales, Support, and Finance teams. YOUR FUTURE TEAM We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You will join a team of 4 people, taking ownership of core revenue operations (billing, cash collection, contract management, customer administration) while actively contributing to process optimization, tool implementation, and automation initiatives. You will act as a trusted business partner to Sales, Support, TAM, Billing, and B2B clients. YOUR DAILY ROUTINE Revenue & Cash Management : Oversee bank transfers, payment matching, and bank reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy. Billing Operations : Manage end-to-end customer invoicing, credit notes, commercial adjustments, and contract compliance. Cross-functional Coordination : Act as the point of contact for administrative and billing resolutions via Jira, internal systems, and direct stakeholder collaboration. Portal & Compliance Management : Supervise invoice submissions and validation workflows on institutional and client payment platforms. Data Integrity : Maintain client accounts, Purchase Orders, and billing setups across internal CRM and ERP consoles. Client Relationship : Provide dedicated, high-touch operational follow-up for B2B clients. Continuous Improvement : Identify bottlenecks, document standard operating procedures, and drive automation initiatives to scale team workflows. ABOUT YOU HARDSKILLS: Proven track record in Sales Administration, Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or a related operational role in a fast-paced B2B environment. Strong expertise in Purchase Order lifecycles, contract validation, and public/enterprise billing portals. Solid understanding of billing workflows and transactional accounting (reconciliation, balance follow-up). High proficiency in internal management consoles, ticketing tools (Jira), and spreadsheets. SOFTSKILLS: Autonomous and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset. Strong ability to interface effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. High rigor, analytical precision, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English, adapted to both technical teams and corporate decision-makers.
