We are looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to manage existing accounts, prospect new business, and drive revenue growth within the HoReCa market across an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Territory & Account Management: Conduct regular client visits, evaluate regional market potential, and onboard new accounts within the assigned region. Sales Growth & Targets: Achieve commercial KPIs, including new account acquisition, sales volume, cross-selling/up-selling, and reduction of outstanding receivables. Commercial Offers & Closing: Prepare tailored commercial offers (in collaboration with sales leadership) and finalize client agreements. Quality & Training: Partner with client personnel and in-house specialists to maintain high product quality standards and coordinate on-site product training. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact to resolve technical, commercial, or product-related issues in coordination with internal support teams. Industry Experience: Proven track record in Field Sales within the HoReCa market (experience in food, beverage, or coffee supply). Technical & Basic Qualifications: Valid driver's license (Category B), good command of English, and proficiency in MS Office / basic CRM tech tools. Key Competencies: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, goal-oriented mindset, adaptability, self-motivation, and high self-discipline. Nice to Have: Basic background or genuine interest in the professional coffee industry / barista basics is a plus. We recognize good work and we want our people to feel appreciated!
