Etihad Airways is looking for a Sales Representative to own relationships with key accounts, win new business and help hit our sales targets in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open to Saudi Nationals only. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own your sales plan: agree targets and deliver them using the data and insights from our Sales Strategy and Planning team Size up the market: spot which existing and prospective customers hold the most potential, and convert them with our sales toolkit Build lasting relationships: nurture assigned and prospective accounts and become their trusted advisor Keep customers ahead of the curve: meet regularly to share new products, services and promotions so our value proposition always lands on time Know the competition: track competitor, market and industry trends, and use them to grow Etihad's market share and visibility Close the deal: draft and negotiate commercial agreements that meet customer needs and follow corporate guidelines Shape the strategy: feed market insight to regional business development and work with global sales enablement on the best sales techniques Stay sharp: complete Etihad's commercial training, act as a thought leader in your specialism and keep customer data current in our CRM Qualifications and Experience required: Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience Commercial and analytical experience Airline experience, working with both TMC and Corporate clients Confidence working with stakeholders across departments to get results A mix of sales acumen, customer service excellence and industry knowledge All applications must be in by the 13th November 2026.
