DePuy Synthes is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist — Nottinghamshire & surrounds, Hip & Knee Reconstruction portfolio Overview Lead a nationally important high profile territory for a market‑leading orthopedics business. Drive adoption and revenue across the hip & knee reconstruction portfolio (implants, instruments, bone cement, power tools and robotics) by building surgeon, OR and hospital partnerships and executing focused commercial plans. Key Responsibilities Own territory performance and achieve/exceed annual sales targets. Develop and execute targeted account plans to grow high‑value opportunities, convert competitor business and introduce new technologies. Build and manage relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders, OR teams, buyers, hospital management, NHS Frameworks and procurement; act as primary specialty contact. Lead clinical education, product launches and in‑service training to support uptake of implants, instruments and robotics. Provide accurate forecasting, territory reporting and competitive/market insights to shape strategy. Collaborate cross‑functionally (regional sales, clinical affairs, marketing, operations) to ensure customer success and compliance. Maintain deep clinical and product expertise in the procedural area. Experience & Skills 5+ years medical device theatre based sales, ideally orthopedics (hip/knee implants, instruments, or related). Proven success selling into hospitals, surgeons and key accounts; strong KOL relationships. Consultative selling, negotiation and strategic territory planning skills. Excellent communicator and presenter; strong commercial acumen and resilience.
