Your future team: You will join the Digital Governance and Transformation team at ROCKWOOL, a diverse and international group of IT Project Managers driving strategic digital initiatives across the organization. We work closely with global IT and business stakeholders to deliver complex transformation projects in a structured and collaborative way. What you will be doing: As our SAP Project Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for SAP rollout projects at ROCKWOOL locations around the world. Working closely with business stakeholders, SAP specialists, external implementation partners and your project team, you will ensure that projects are planned, executed and delivered successfully. Your key responsibilities will include: End-to-end project delivery: Lead SAP implementation projects from initiation and scoping through planning, execution, testing, training, go-live and closure. Some projects you will enter a bit later and be responsible from the detailed planning stage where a senior colleague has completed the initiation and scoping stage. Project planning and governance: Establish clear project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, budgets and resource plans, ensuring effective project governance and reporting. Team leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal specialists, business representatives and external implementation partners. Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, local management and steering committees, ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations and decisions. Risk and change management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues and scope changes to keep projects on track. Quality and business readiness: Ensure that solutions meet agreed requirements and that the business is prepared for successful implementation and transition into operations. Communication and reporting: Provide transparent project status reporting, facilitate steering committee meetings and escalate decisions when required. Your projects will take you to both existing and new ROCKWOOL locations worldwide. International travel is therefore an important part of the role, particularly during critical project phases such as testing, training and go-live. Travel may range from a few days to a couple of weeks at a time. The frequency will depend on your projects, and you will have the opportunity to influence the planning of your on-site presence. ​What you bring: We are looking for a confident and structured Project Manager who combines strong project delivery skills with practical experience of SAP implementations and an understanding of business processes. You know how to navigate complex projects, engage stakeholders at different organisational levels and maintain momentum when priorities change or challenges arise. We expect you to have: At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including SAP implementation or rollout projects. Experience leading implementations involving one or more SAP modules, such as SD, MM, PP, LES, FI, CO, WM, QM or PM. A solid understanding of the SAP implementation lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, testing, training, cutover and go-live.
