Key job responsibilities - Design end-to-end customer solutions that address complex business and technical requirements, ensuring architectures are extensible, reusable, secure, reliable, and performant. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer leadership, understanding their business context and influencing their longer-term technology strategy to align short-term decisions with long-term outcomes. - Lead technical solution discussions by diving into design choices, best practices, and use cases with customer teams, proactively identifying risks and presenting considered options with clear trade-off analysis. - Develop and deliver thought leadership content such as presentations, workshops, blog posts, and reference architectures that educate customers on technology strategy and best practices. - Collaborate with internal teams including sales, business development, professional services, and engineering to accelerate solution adoption and ensure delivered solutions create measurable customer impact. A day in the life You will start your day reviewing customer architectures and preparing for a solution design session where you will walk a customer team through trade-offs between scalability and cost optimization. After that, you might join a cross-functional working session with engineering and professional services to refine a migration approach. In the afternoon, you could be building a reusable reference architecture or presenting best practices at a customer workshop. Throughout the day, you will balance deep technical work with strategic conversations that shape how customers build on our platform.
