Scrum Master The Scrum Master acts as a coach to the members of the Scrum and ensures all scrum based activities are completely in a timely manner. What the day will look like Defining and organising Scrum roles Sprint planning Daily scrum/ standups Sprint reviews Sprint retrospectives Measuring scrum metrics and suggesting improvements Work with the Product Owner and Delivery Lead to ensure the product backlog tasks are prioritised for upcoming sprints.
