What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: Manage and process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Contribute to moderately complex projects, managing your own time to meet targets. Mentor and review the work of colleagues, using your judgment to modify methods and techniques. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience Proficiency in financial transaction processing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with financial software and systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Project management skills Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems Ability to adapt to changing priorities Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
