Job Details: Job Description: About the Role We are seeking a highly technical AI Systems & Solutions Architect to help define the next generation of Intel datacenter platforms for AI workloads, including Generative AI and Agentic AI. Working directly with customers and engineering teams, you will investigate AI workloads, analyze architectures spanning software, systems, and hardware, identify future platform requirements, and translate technical findings into recommendations that shape next-generation Intel CPU and platform products. This role sits at the intersection of AI workloads, customer deployments, system architecture, and product definition. You will combine customer evidence, workload analysis, and hands-on technical investigation to help ensure future Intel platforms and Xeon processors address real-world AI requirements and new opportunities for CPU and platform innovation. Success in this role requires excellent customer engagement and communication skills, deep technical expertise, strong architectural judgment, and a proven track record of influencing decisions across customers, architects, product teams, and engineering organizations. What You’ll Do Engage directly with customers to understand AI workloads, deployment architectures, infrastructure requirements, operational challenges, technology trends, and the evolving role of CPUs across AI workflows. Lead technical discussions with customers and industry partners, communicating Intel’s AI infrastructure strategy and architecture perspectives, gathering feedback, and translating insights into future product requirements. Analyze AI usage models and architectures spanning software, systems, hardware, and infrastructure to identify bottlenecks, architectural tradeoffs, and opportunities to increase Intel CPU and platform value across Generative AI, Agentic AI, enterprise AI, training, and inference workloads. Design and execute workload characterization, benchmarking, proofs of concept, and architecture validation to evaluate performance, scalability, efficiency, and system behavior. Translate customer evidence and technical findings into product requirements, architecture recommendations, workload optimizations, and platform enhancements. Develop reference architectures, solution concepts, benchmark methodologies, and technical acceptance criteria to guide CPU and platform decisions. Influence future Intel CPU and platform architectures through technical leadership and data-driven recommendations. Partner with architecture, engineering, software, product management, and customer teams to resolve technical challenges, drive alignment, and accelerate execution. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field with 8+ years of industry experience. OR Master's degree or Ph.D. in a related technical discipline with 6+ years of experience 6+ years of experience with AI systems and workloads in data center, cloud, high-performance computing, or related technical environments. 5+ years of experience working directly with customers on technical architecture, product definition, or solution requirements. Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent experience translating technical decisions into product outcomes. Demonstrated depth across AI workloads, system architecture, and data center infrastructure. Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, workload characterization, benchmarking, or performance optimization. Direct experience with server and data center platforms involving CPUs, memory, networking, storage, accelerators, or system software. Proven track record of translating customer requirements and technical findings into product requirements, architecture recommendations, or platform enhancements.
