Job Function: Data Analytics & Computational Sciences Job Sub Function: Business Intelligence Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Pune, Maharashtra, India Job Description: Analyst – Data Analytics & Visualization Job Location - Pune We are seeking a Analyst – Data Analytics & Visualization to transform complex data and business questions into actionable insights, intuitive analytics products, and compelling visual stories that enable better decision-making. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Operations to understand business priorities, define meaningful KPIs, analyze performance, and design high-quality dashboards and analytical solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong data analytics and visualization expertise with business acumen, curiosity, and effective storytelling skills . The individual should be equally comfortable working with complex datasets, developing sophisticated Power BI/Tableau solutions, identifying business insights, and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Data Visualization & Business Intelligence · Design and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. · Apply visualization, UX, and data storytelling best practices to translate complex data into intuitive, executive-ready insights. · Develop effective KPIs, drill-downs, filters, and visual interactions that support business decision-making. · Optimize dashboards and data models for performance, scalability, usability, and consistency . Data Analytics & Insights · Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and anomalies . · Use SQL and Python/R for data extraction, transformation, analysis, validation, and automation. · Translate analytical findings into clear business insights, narratives, and actionable recommendations . · Convert recurring analysis into scalable dashboards, automated reporting, and self-service analytics . Business Partnership & Requirements · Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics, KPI, and visualization requirements . · Define and standardize metrics, calculations, and reporting logic in collaboration with business teams. · Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to technical, non-technical, and senior stakeholders . · Gather feedback and continuously improve analytics products based on business needs and user adoption .
