(JJHCS), a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Payments to support our Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) team. The Enterprise Payments Senior Analyst will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant calculation and processing of rebates, administrative fees and other payments, in accordance with contractual obligations to Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), Distributors, acute care hospitals, and surgery centers throughout North America, on behalf of multiple J&J companies. The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing the payments calculated by assigned analysts and addressing tactical and strategic payment processes to ensure team alignment with all applicable Guidance Documents, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions. Key Responsibilities: Provide regular communication, coaching/feedback, and payment or system-related guidance to Enterprise Payments team members. Operate in a deadline driven environment with direct customer interaction. Demonstrate a customer-centric focus, communicating effectively with internal/external business partners, troubleshoot issues of varying complexity, and follow up where needed. Identify and implement process improvements and projects to drive operational efficiencies and increase effectiveness of the team. Develop user requirements and perform business/user testing for system changes, new business transitions and new payment strategies. Develop, run, and analyze required and ad-hoc payment reports for customers, field sales organization, and senior leadership. Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs. Ability to analyze & interpret large amounts of data, conduct impact and trending analysis, and summarize results for recommendation. Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively consolidate and present information to business partners and management Preferred: Business experience in Contracting, Audit, Finance, or a related area preferably in the healthcare industry.
