Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 1、 End-to-End Logistics Operations Management · The position holder is responsible for completing routine tasks timely, accurately and compliantly to SOPs to keep logistics operation running. Assigned key processes include, but are not limited to, the following. A) Import and Export from Door to Door in close collaboration with International Logistics operations B) Warehouse Activities, Distribution, Return and Destruction C) ERP Transaction Market Specific for this position – China · Import Delivery Management: A) Collaborate with CSL International Logistics (ILO), Procurement, and Demand Planning to ensure timely import shipment planning. B) Proactively track import deliveries, verify documentation (Packing List, Invoice, CoO, etc.), and resolve deviations (e.g., temperature excursions, delays). C) Drive bi-weekly E2E Import Operations Meetings with 4PL/3PL partners to review shipment progress. D) Manage special handling (reverse logistics, license switches, sample imports). · Planning for Import Customs Clearance and STO movement from bonded to non-bonded A) Monitor scheduled import customs clearance, plan STO movement from bonded to non-bonded warehouse, ensuring progress through to make unrestricted inventory, in order to fulfill Demand Planner plan. B) Drive bi-weekly lot release forecast review meetings, collect key stakeholders’ input for STO planning C) Planning for Import Customs Clearance payment and coordinate with FIN and TAX. · Domestic delivery management: A) Oversee Stock Transfer Order (STO) planning and execution for bonded-to-non-bonded inventory transfers. B) Support Customer Service (CS) in resolving complex domestic shipment issues with 3PL partners. · Inventory Management: A) Utilize data analytics to model inventory trends, optimize bonded warehouse capacity, and develop allocation strategies. B) Lead pre-physical inventory system checks, manage discrepancies, and coordinate recounts. C) Handle write-offs for rejected stock, ensuring compliance with customs and financial reporting. 2、 Logistics Performance and Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Management · Support logistics data reporting for performance reviews with LSPs and internal stakeholder 3、 Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence · Based on the directions provided by the reporting manager, take ownership of the improvement actions and exchange own insights regarding improvement opportunities within the team. 4、 Quality, Compliance & Systems · Support Quality Management Systems (QMS) which includes deviation investigations, complaint handling, product recalls (distribution reports and reverse logistics), and internal/external audits. · Develop and maintain logistics-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with global standards and trade regulations. 5、 Logistics Operations Admin · Manage payment processing using Account Payable system: Open Text. · Issue purchase orders for each supplier through SAP Ariba 6、 Leadership · Demonstrates strong awareness of how one’s work impacts both the business and patients, performing duties with accountability and in alignment with CSL Values. · Maintains a growth mindset by seeking and accepting feedback from others to continuously improve performance. · Acts as a collaborative team player who proactively contributes to collective goals. · Shows genuine interest in collaboration and willingly shares relevant information with others to support transparency and efficiency. · Understands the importance of accuracy and quality in one’s work and commits the necessary effort to achieve them. · Manage tasks with a clear sense of urgency, prioritizes appropriately in consultation with stakeholders, and reliably meets deadlines. · Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in response to change, adjusting effectively to new circumstances. · Supports onboarding activities to help new team members integrate smoothly into the organization.
