About the Role Memac Ogilvy, a leading creative network in MENA and part of the global Ogilvy/WPP network, is seeking a Senior Art Director based in Beirut, working for our Dubai office. We are an integrated communications agency focused on "Making Brands Matter" through agile delivery and a strong people agenda. You'll join a diverse creative team, contributing to award-winning work in a competitive industry space. What You’ll Do Conceptualize & Execute : Develop and execute compelling visual concepts and designs for integrated campaigns, ensuring high-quality craft, brand adherence, and effective communication across various platforms, especially digital and social. Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with creative partners, managers, and clients to translate briefs into visually engaging solutions, pushing creative boundaries and exploring new techniques, including leveraging AI tools. Manage & Deliver : Oversee campaigns from concept to completion, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. Strategic Thinking : Understand client needs, market trends, and brand values to develop strategic, insightful creative solutions. Internal Relationships : Build strong relationships with internal departments (Account Management, Planning, Traffic) to ensure seamless project execution. What You’ll Need Experience : Proven experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing excellent craft in design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling across integrated campaigns.
