The Senior Associate, Product Manager for the Associate Servicing team plays a critical role in achieving our goals. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role where the individual will work closely with tech, operations, and business partners to provide servicing associates the tools and resources they need to care for our customers. This includes deep investments in AI tools that simplify associate experiences so they can concentrate on the customer they are servicing. You are expected to adhere to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location.
