Senior Attestation Specialist Warsaw | Up to 40% working from home possible | Referenz 8394 The Banking Services (BBS) business unit at SIX is the competence center for operations, development, and innovation in Swiss payment infrastructure and services. Interbank payments, billing products, fraud services, as well as card-based and mobile payments are the focus. In the Business Risk Mgmt. team (part of Risk & Business Management), you will support the business in all attestation-related matters (incl. Assurances and Audits). What You Will Do Assurance framework & controls: maintain and map testable control catalogues across BBS' ISAE 3000/3402, Central Attestation reliance, ISO 27001, and related assurance requirements Audit lifecycle coordination: plan scopes and timelines; coordinate control owners, evidence providers, interviews, auditors and report sign-off Evidence quality & readiness: challenge completeness, consistency and traceability before submission and maintain an audit-ready repository Findings & continuous improvement: coordinate factual validation, remediation tracking, control enhancements, bridge letters and readiness for subsequent testing periods. Customer DDQs & assurance requests: coordinate due-diligence questionnaires and client reviews, reuse approved evidence and reports, and obtain validated SME input for residual questions What You Bring University degree or equivalent higher education At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an audit and advisory company Profound knowledge of various types of attestations (e.g., ISAE 3000/3402, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.), and audit frameworks Knowledge of relevant Swiss regulations such as the Swiss Banking Act, Swiss Data Protection law (Federal Act on Data Protection), relevant FINMA circulars/guidelines (especially 18/03 (Outsourcing), 23/01 (Operational Resilience), and AI Guidance) preferable Excellent English skills with German proficiency being a plus, both written and spoken Bei Fragen besuche unsere FAQ-Seite oder kontaktiere Julia Schmidt unter der Nummer +41583998670.
