Line of Business: EPOCH LLC Job Description: The Senior Business Management Analyst provides a wide range of business information management functions to support data and analytics within the Consumer Insider Risk and Performance Integrity team. Works under general guidance of other senior team members to develop reporting solutions that monitor sales practices, insider risk, and team productivity. Creates dashboards and presentations to inform business partners of emerging themes and trends. Depth & Scope: Experienced professional who works independently as subject matter expert and may coach and educate others Focuses on short to medium-term (weekly-monthly), non-routine specialized/ complex issues and/or escalated matters Independently performs tasks from end to end Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree 5+years relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: Strong experience building interactive Power BI dashboards Capable of building executive presentations from raw data Proficient in MS Tools: PowerPoint (executive level presentations), Access (querying & macros), Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, v-look ups) Ability to data mine and overlay supplemental information to existing data routines for analysis Ability to work independently Responsible for weekly and monthly dashboard production routines Effectively monitors case log data integrity and escalates concerns Tracks case and employee trending and escalates anomalies that are outside of standard thresholds New dashboard development Completes PIAs, procedures, and data lineage documents Assists in compiling executive reporting and commentary review Tracks monitoring scenario effectiveness and reviews thresholds for monitoring enhancements Assists in data prep and development of new monitoring scenarios Customer Accountabilities: Provides specialized business management related advice/support to management / leadership and respective teams for area(s) of specialization with industry, external and internal, enterprise and business awareness; understand trends, identify issues and opportunities and provide recommended action to management Leads on the implementation of initiatives in support of the overall business/function strategy Manages a set of business management work activities requiring coordination across multiple areas Supports / manages the integrated implementation of policies/processes / procedures / changes across multiple functional areas Provides subject matter expertise and/or input to projects/initiatives as a representative for area of specialization, and where necessary participate in identifying, designing and testing solutions and supporting implementation activities Shareholder Accountabilities: May develop and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level Develops and delivers presentations/communications to management or broader audience Adheres to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines, contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve operational efficiencies Identifies variances and
