Communicate resilience posture, open risks, and decisions needed to governance forums, senior leaders, and Boards, and support audit, regulatory, customer, and RFP requests. Partner with regional entities, including the UK, EU, and Canada, to align global practices with local requirements and reduce duplication through shared controls, evidence, and reporting. Improve resilience workflows through AI, automation, dashboards, templates, and self-service tools, supporting requirements, testing, adoption, and troubleshooting with appropriate data, access, auditability, and human review controls.
