The Senior Client Implementation Lead will lead overall projects on both the operating model e.g. how things are organised and get done around here, as well as the operating environment with direct responsibility for coordinating, managing, building, and delivering Kraken’s cultural change programmes alongside our client. They will need to work in partnership with the technology teams, Product Managers, and client teams. The Client Implementation Leads: live & breathe the Kraken ways of working, identify problems, create solutions, workshops and training, and effectively communicate these to our clients. They will bring technology, people, and processes together to innovate business cultural change for our clients. 🚀 What you'll own: Aiding in the operations transformation of clients: As a Senior Client Implementation Lead, you would be leading the Client Implementation projects in designing cultural programmes and executing their delivery. Work with the Kraken Transformation Director to successfully navigate clients through Kraken transformation. Collaborate with the wider Kraken Technologies Implementation team and clients to develop and deliver a wider range of cultural transformation programmes, including leadership development. Aid in the creation of plans, timelines, and resources required for successful deployment Keeping track of project progress, escalating issues, and resolving blockers when they arise. Coaching and workshop delivery: Work closely with the wider Kraken Tech team to deliver programs to clients as part of their operational transformation journeys Prepare and deliver workshop content for leadership development Work with the client to identify needs-based operational analysis and help them translate this into programmes to deliver to their teams We are a fast-growing company that is rapidly expanding globally and travel may be required. You will work incredibly dynamically, and this role is one that will take different shapes throughout the week. We are looking for well-rounded individuals who are comfortable with ambiguity, are self-starters and willing to roll their sleeves up to work directly with clients. You must be committed to the Kraken way of delivering agile operations based on freedom, autonomy and trust that coexists with a simplified, evolving technology platform.
